Shelf offshore companies
Ready-made, also called "shelf" offshore companies, are companies set up sometimes in the past and now ready for an immediate takeover by a new owner. Shelf companies as a rule have not been involved in commercial activities. The documentation of the shelf company is shelf-stored at the offices of the registry agents.
Using the shelf company instead of forming company a new has several advantages:
- Especially a short documentation delivery time, as the company is already registered
- A company with an aged date of registry may create a notion of seriousness and reputation
- It is not necessary to go through sometimes frustrating approval process of corporate name, as you may select form usually several already existing names
We know how to secure companies which may be even several years old, form the current corporate structure for them, such as owners, secretary, directors, bank account management (the company is managed by professional managers and directors, and reputable bank in the EU) and possibly to set up a virtual offices as per your requirements.

Should you wish to acquire a shelf company (ready-made) especially aged, we can do it for you. Do keep in mind however, that with aging the price of a company increases, as there were expenses incurred over time. Such as registration fees, local dues and the like.
A shelf company registered prior to 2004 (which is: 2003,....1997 and older), are in demand and hard to come by. Detailed information is being provided only to serious client.
This year we had a shelf (ready-made) company from year 1989.
